I still use Entourage but also find myself using the Apple applications more
and more. Bluetooth, SMS capability, and iSync are just some of them.

Because of the wonderful way that Address Book integrates with other
applications, I now use it instead of Entourage contacts. It also syncs
better on my Palm Treo. And I just find iCal much more useable overall than
Entourage's calendar.

The way the graphics overlap for example when appointments overlap is so
much more intuitive. And the web publishing is vastly superior to Entourage.
Yes, there are things in Entourage that beat iCal, but overall I now use
iCal most of the time.

The only Apple application that doesn't yet come close is Mail. It doesn't
have nearly as many features as Entourage, and some things about it are
totally wrong, like being basically forced to use a separate "in" box for
each account instead of one universal "in" box such as Entourage has. The
rules capacity of Entourage is vastly superior to Mail as well. Yes, there
are some good Mail scripts out there, but even with those the overall
functionality isn't as good. And it isn't nearly as easy to archive Mail
messages to a database for long-term storage. Yet some features, like
Spotlight integration, would be nice to see in Entourage.
