I am seeing the exact same problem with my Treo 650 under Tiger. A  
calendar called "Unfiled" appears after every iSync.  No items in it,  
and even if I delete it, it still comes back every time. Very annoying.

After doing some Googling about this issue, it seems that this may be  
by design. Apparently, any calendar events created on the Palm are  
added by iSync into the Unfiled calendar. However, this calendar is  
created every time, even if no new events are added on the Palm,  
which leads to confusion.

You would think Apple would have at least named it something  
descriptive, like "Palm Events". It also would have been nice had  
they given the option to merge Palm events into a user-specified  
calendar, instead of creating a separate one.
