This is an iSync conduit issue. Some have suggested opening the iSync  
conduit, disabling sync with this device, close the conduit, open it  
up again and select sync with this device; this may clear some things  
up. There is nothing really you can do about it other than complain  
to Apple.

You have 3 "Memo" conduits selected to sync. You should turn off  
"Memos" as that doesn't work with your device. You should also turn  
off "Memo" if you use Mark/Space MemoPad otherwise turn of the Mark/ 
Space MemoPad conduit
