Unfortunately the only way to get the Photos conduit for the Treo 650  
is to install the PD from the Treo CD. So the process should be:

1) Install PD from Treo CD
2) Reboot as required
3) Remove PD components (just trash the PD folder)
4) Install MS 4.0.6 b3

That should be it.


(If Palm made the conduits available outside of the PD installer,  
things would be simpler.)
