     There is no need to reinstall Palm Desktop to use Missing Sync.  
You may want to keep the conduits and desktop apps specific to your  
Treo before you reinstall, however. Otherwise you will have to  
install Palm Desktop to get them ! (Examples are Note Pad and Voice  
Memo.)
