[missing-sync-palmos-talk] can't get photos

Mike,

Have you looked in the following folder: ~/Documents/Palm/[your  
username]/photos/offline copy location/internal.

If not there and if you are trying to get your photos from the Zire  
using the Media conduit that came with Palm Desktop 4.2.1revB (the  
new Tiger supported version of Palm Desktop that was recently  
released) you likely have the Media conduit version 2.5.0.13. That  
version of the Media conduit is not supported with MS/Palm OS 4.0.5.  
We do have a new beta version of the Missing Sync that adds support  
for that conduit - 4.0.6b3. You can download from: http:// 
www.markspace.com/testing.

Alternatively, if you copy the photos from the ZIre to your SD card  
and then use the Missing Sync application on your handheld to mount  
the SD card on the Mac desktop, you can copy the photos to your Mac.

If this still does not solve your problem, please submit a request

Be sure to include your debugging log from a failed sync. To get the  
log in Mac OS 10.4 (TIGER), hit command + option and then open the  
Missing Sync menu. Choose the Turn on Debugging option. Check the box  
to turn on the log. Then sync. After completing the sync, and if it  
fails, locate the log in ~/Library/Logs and send it to us.
