[missing-sync-palmos-talk] can't get photos

I bought Missing Sync tonight so I could
get photos off of my Palm Zire.  I just
got a new Macintosh with Tiger, and
have had trouble syncing.  Several
photos I took with the Zire 71 are
not downloading to the computer, and
I thought Missing Sync would make it
easy.  But every time I try to do it,
there is an 8805 error on these files.
I think that is the number.  It is driving
me crazy.  I just want to sync my
photos from my palm to my mac.
Can anyone help?
