[missing-sync-palmos-talk] error message syncing treo650 to mac

Hi all
I keep getting this error message which seems to have started after I 
used the camera on my Treo650(Verizon) to take a picture:

    Unable to sync media file 'Family:Photo_070305_001.jpg' on the card. 
Error code: -43.

I am syncing to a Mac. All else works fine. OS X 10.3.9 (still haven't 
got the guts or the time to go to Tiger)
