You have the Audible.com iTunes plugin installed. You can remove that  
plugin and/or search for Transport Monitor on your hard drive and  
remove that. Basically the audible plugin quits Palm's Transport  
Monitor when iTunes starts and then tries to relaunch it when iTunes  
quits. Transport Monitor is not necessary with Missing Sync so you  
can remove it (Missing Sync has it's own Transport Monitor, but it's  
buried in the Missing Sync application bundle).
