[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Transport Monitor

So
I keep getting this error message intermittently: (I think I mostly see 
it when I quit iTunes)

The application Transport Monitor could not be launched because of a 
shared library error: 
"6<TransportMonitor><TransportMonitor><TransportLib><>"

I'm running OS X 10.3.9 on a 15" PowerBook
I have a Treo 650 (Verizon)
And of course, Missing Sync

Any ideas?
