You really need to contact ePocrates support for assistance. I found
the only reliable way to use ePocrates was to completely remove it from
my device (I had to manually delete several files on the handheld),
search for ePocrates on the desktop, delete all files found, empty
trash, then re-run the ePocrates installer.
