As far as I understand this, you removed all memo-related conduits,
hence no memos hotsync'ed.

The MarkSpace... conduit is obviously for their own Memopad app; it
generates a file called memopad.memopad (I think - I don't use this
because it's severely broken for me - it duplicates categories and
moves memos between categories arbitrarily. I've been on Support about
this since October, but no progress yet.)

Memo Conduit is for older 4K memos (pre Palm OS5? OS4?)

Memos Conduit is for the newer 32K memos.

Both of the latter are from Palm and sync with the Palm Desktop, which
seems to be (on the Mac) a single database called "User Data" which
contains memos, to-dos, addresses, and calendar data.

I don't know how it works on Windows.
