If the problem is reproducible, please reproduce it and submit the
crash report again. There is no record of a crash report from you using
this address. Also, please contact support with the steps you use to
reproduce the issue. Can you point me to where on the website it says
"HotSync failed to complete"? If you have already reported this to
support, please let me know the ticket number (one is automatically
assigned), so I can do further research.
While we can't address every issue, we do not ignore issues and do our
best to fix as many issues as possible.

The log file is stored in ~/Documents/Users/handheld/Sync Log. Just
open it up with TextEdit.
Our web server had some issues yesterday, but I believe they have been
corrected.
