information on it in a separate message.

I just checked our database for the crash reports and we do not have a 
record of you submitting a crash report; what email address did you 
use? As the dialog states, you will not receive an email from us ("You 
will not be contacted in response to this report."). Also, if you do 
not provide any steps to reproduce the crash, the chances are very slim 
that we will be able to fix this issue as we can't reproduce it.

We had planned to have the final version out before b10 expired, but 
due to a tragedy in my family, this did not happen. We have taken this 
opportunity to look at the MemoPad conduit and a few other issues for 
the 4.0.3 release.
