[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Crashing on sync

I keep gettting this crash when trying to sync Entourage with MS 4.0.3.
Entourage and Install are the only conduits checked. I was getting similar
errors with 4.0.2 as well before I switched to 4.0.3 in hopes of fixing.

Anyone help?
