[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Entourage conduit failure error 17411

Don,
Thanks for the suggestion.  When I turn off office notifications it does behave differently.  Now I see no errors in Sync Log but Conduit Manager thread 0 crashes in what looks like an XML parsing function.  This happens as soon as I start syncing the Address Book.

Any other ideas??
