You haven't indicated what device you're using. The newer palmOne (T3, 
T5, Treo 650, etc.) devices use MemosDB-PMem. The issue you're seeing 
is that the MemosDB-PMem doesn't have the backup bit set. You can use a 
program such as FileMan to set the backup bit or you can use our backup 
conduit and choose "Backup All Databases". Please note, however, that 
there is a bug in our conduit (that will be fixed before 4.0.3 is 
released) that backs up "shadow" databases on OS 5 databases that may 
cause the conduit to hang. These databases are created by the OS when 
most applications are installed and don't need to be backed up.
