[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Reconnecting Palm to iSync

If you are using The Missing Sync for Palm OS, Version 4.0.x you do NOT need
to install the Palm Desktop or HotSync Manager software. Install The Missing
Sync first, then the iSync Palm Conduit (www.apple.com/isync).
