Since you don't send any confirmation info back, I have no idea which 
email address it was, probably this one. The only step I knew at the 
time was posted on your web site, "Hot sync failed to complete." When I 
went to open the log, that was when the expired info came up- caught in 
a catch 22 situation. I think you need to fix the way in which the 
program quits with expired betas and leave the log accessible.

And BTW the web site is so jammed that I just can't get on it to DL the 
update...
