Have you contacted our support folks about any problem(s) you have been 
having? Just submitting the crash reports doesn't help a whole lot as 
the reports usually don't contain enough information for us to 
reproduce and fix the problem(s). Most of the crash reports either 
don't contain information about reproducing crashes or say things like 
"I was just syncing". We do investigate every crash report, but if 
users do not provide us with enough. In addition, if you do not provide 
us with your email address in the crash report, we can't contact you 
for more information.

(I've checked our support database and our crash reporter database and 
find no record of you submitting an issue or a crash log.)

My guess is that you're using Entourage and the Entourage conduit is 
crashing as we have not received any crash reports from you for 4.0.3 
b10. Entourage puts up its own crash reporter which sends the crash 
reports to Microsoft and NOT us. (There was a thread that discussed 
this a few weeks ago.)
