[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Errors

My errors, on a T5 with MS4.03b10, MacOSX10.3.7, after adding in some 
data events on DateBk5-v54a-p7, are:

OK Install
1/14/05 8:22 PM iSync Conduit starting
1/14/05 8:22 PM Setting Hello Response, type is PalmSyncTypeFast, 
language is 0 (BladeLanguageEnglish)
1/14/05 8:23 PM SyncOpenDB returned 536854447 for database DatebookDB, 
creating a new database
1/14/05 8:23 PM Warning: Could not create database DatebookDB (return 
code 305), ignoring database
1/14/05 8:23 PM iSync Conduit: Got back NULL from rendezvous for 
request BladeGetModifiedRecords
1/14/05 8:23 PM iSync Conduit: Sending Error Response 1: iSync 
Conduit: Could not find database DatebookDB
OK iSync Conduit
MemoPad conduit was unable to open the MemoPad database on the 
handheld.

And then I will hit the hotsync button again without touching anything 
else on the T5, or iCal, giving me:

This is an occurrence that is happening fairly regularly (about 80%) 
whenever I hotsync after adding data to the DateBk5. Nothing bad has 
happened yet since on the subsequent hotsync, things seem to have been 
synced ok, and the data is all there. In fact, I've grown accustomed to 
it. But it is bothersome.
