Steve:

Couple of thoughts. Rename your Entourage identity to
be the same as the user name on your Clie and try to
sync.

If that doesn't work, try backing up your Clie data.
Hard reset the Clie. Set the preferences in the
Entourage conduit for 'computer overwrites handheld'
and try to sync.
