[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Error #16394 when syncing Entourage v.X

I'm getting the following error when syncing my wife's Sony Clie' with
Entourage v.X:

œSync completed successfully at 1/8/05 5:06 PM (17:06:56)

I've tried removing the old backup information (at Mark/Space support's
suggestion), reinstalling the Entourage conduit, and turning off Office
notifications, all to no avail.  I've noticed some users are seeing similar
errors, but a different error number.  Has anyone found a solution?
