[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Entourage conduit failure error 17411

I am running Missing Sync 4.02, OS X 10.3.7, and Office 11.1.  I was never able to sync to the default "main identity" in Entourage 2004.  So, I tried creating another named Entourage identity and was successful in syncing my CLIE to that.  However, all my mail was still in the "main identity" DB.  So I created a second named Entourage identity and imported all the data from the "main identity" DB.  Unfortunately, I am unable to sync to that identity.  Sync manager consistently fails with unknown error 17411.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
