[missing-sync-palmos-talk] " Missing Sync Installer cannot be installed on this computer"

Please advise. MS worked well on former PB with 10.3.7

On the new one, MS will admit registration is OK, but will not install 
with 10.3.5, or 10.3.7 or 10.3.8

What on earth can I do to connect my Clie NX60 to this new PB G4?

If I am cross listing, so sorry, but I cannot get any answers the 
regular ways. Thanks VERY much, this old lady is going nuts!!!
