[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Entourage and Palm

I would like to sync my contacts between Entourage 2004 and Palm T3 without
including the other Palm apps.  Is this possible with the Entourage conduit?
I suspect not.  

Or, I guess I can sync Entourage contacts into Address Book with Sync
Entourage-Address Book.  And from there use iSync to sync Address Book to
the Palm.  Can I do that and still sync Palm Calendar, Memos and To-Do's
with Palm Desktop using Missing Sync?

I know one has to choose between the Entourage Home or Work addresses.  What
happens to the other addresses when they get to the Palm?  Or are they not
transferred at all?
