If you haven't already done so, please follow Ken's advice (from a 
different thread with a different problem):

"If the problem persists, please turn on Logging by hitting
command-option-shift-d and checking the "Turn on Logging" checkbox. 
Then try
to sync again and send us the file "missingsynclog.txt" found in your 
user's
Library/Logs folder. Send the file and as much background information 
as you
can to support at markspace.com."

Also turn on Log Packets when you're in the debug window above as this 
will give us more detailed information that can tell us where the 
conduit is hanging.
