[missing-sync-palmos-talk] 4.0.3 and Entourage

Did you remember that there can be no other conduit in your conduit folder
that does the same function as the Entourage conduit--no Address or Contacts
Conduit, etc. Move everything to Disabled Conduits except Entourage.
Hopefully, it will work. Then one by one add conduits back.
