Have you reported this issue to support? They'll probably ask you to 
include some logs. If you don't report the issues, we can't fix them. 
We have had no reports of issues with Entourage, so nothing directly 
related to Entourage has been addressed. (We have addressed other 
issues that may help, but without a reproducible case, we can't be 
sure.)
