[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Sync only works once since upgrade to 4.03

This may seem very obvious and you maybe doing this already, but when I 
try to sync twice-in-a-row and get that same error, it's usually 
because I forget to dismiss the "Sync Complete" alert which is hidden 
by the frontmost applications.
