Hi Michael,
You asked: "Do you use Missing Sync or Isync or the Palm Conduit?"
Once you understand how the components go together, you'll see that you
should replace each "or" in your question above with "and". :-)
I use Entourage as "home base". I live in Entourage.
I use The Missing Sync and the Entourage Conduit to synchronize back and
forth between Entourage and my Palm powered handheld.
I use Paul Berkowitz's Sync Entourage-Address Book/iCal scripts to
synchronize back and forth between Entourage, Address Book and iCal.
(I also then use The Missing Sync for Pocket PC and iSync to synchronize
back and forth with Address Book, iCal, .Mac and my Pocket PC handheld.)
Here's another way to look at it, leaving out the Pocket PC and .Mac side of
things (please forgive the bad ASCII art):
Address Book/iCal <---> Entourage <---> Palm

Paul's Entourage
Scripts Conduit
The real reason that I use Paul's scripts between Entourage and the built-in
Mac OS X apps is because Entourage, Address Book and iCal all have more data
fields than the handheld. Paul's scripts sync pretty darn much everything.
Using the handheld as an intermediary wouldn't give me nearly as complete a
transfer between the desktop apps.
What you really need to decide is where you like to work (and thus *need*
your data), versus where you want your data for convenience. That will lead
you to your answer.
Cheers,
Eric
