[missing-sync-palmos-talk] delete conduits

How do I delete conduits for programs that I no longer use?  I have set
them to do nothing, but it would be nice if they just weren't there at
all.  Dragging them to the trash doesn't work.  Selecting them and going
to the Edit column shows that the delete command is grayed out and not
available.
