[missing-sync-palmos-talk] unable to synch datebook and now up to date

try and synch Now Up to Date - everything else synchs and installs 
except for the Calendar -
  this has been going on for a month and i still can not get specific 
help as to this matter - any suggestions - what does the following mean

i send in the crash report/call and leave messages with tech support 
and have not been able to get a response that will enable to synch
NOW UP TO DATE and the Calendar on my Treo 650
