This is not a known problem. I recommend you contact our support  
folks for assistance; this forum is not a substitute for support and  
the engineers working on the product respond as time permits. I have  
not heard of this before and cannot reproduce it; when you contact  
our support folks, please include as much information as possible  
such as your computer, your handheld, what you have tried to solve  
it, what conduits are turned on (try turning off all conduits and  
restart; see which one is causing the issue), and include a sync log.
