Just to chime in here; we are taking all the feedback and evaluating  
it to see where we will go next with the MemoPad app.

Personally, I'm a fan of StickyBrain; it's free form nature and  
flexibility is ideal for my use. They do have a conduit which syncs  
one "folder" of memos as it has the ability to have folders inside of  
folders which the Palm doesn't have. If you need a solution now, I'd  
say take a look at StickyBrain. In the long term, we are working on  
ways to improve the MemoPad application.
