Last week I noticed that I had three events (all day, repeat once per  
year) that were shifted a day late on my Treo. I deleted them all  
from iCal, synced, added back to iCal, resynced. So far they are  
sticking where they belong. I attributed it to some hiccup with a  
beta version. Try these steps and see if it fixes it for you.
