[missing-sync-palmos-talk] can't sync despite troubleshooting advice in manual

Jason, have you tried any other USB or Bluetooth devices with your  
new iMac, like a phone (BT) or digital camera (USB) just to see if  
the the ports work at all? Also, your Apple OSX System DVD should  
have a hardware testing program on it (at least it does for the  
PowerBooks) that you should probably run to be on the safe side.
