[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Odd icon behavior

I've discovered I have an odd problem, don't know when it started.  
When I download an Automator action (.action) or a plugin (.bundle)  
they are showing Missing Sync icons and indicate in "get info" that  
they are to be opened with Missing Sync. Obviously that is incorrect.  
I was able to correct the .actions by telling it to open all .action  
files with Automator. I'm unclear as to what to do about the plugins  
and very unclear about why this is happening in the first place.

I know one of the MS developers is on this list so I'm asking for  
help please.
