[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Sony CLIE mail sync issues

Greetings:

Regarding the Sony CLIE, everything syncs just great except the Mail
section. We're trying to sync my wife's PDA with Entourage 2004.

1. I first overwrote from Entourage to PDA with the Qsync Mail function. It
copied the In Box just fine.

2. Then I tried doing the same things with all of her folders. Then it just
froze. I needed to do a complete restart, unplug and shut down. Now most of
all those messages are jammed in her PDA Mail InBox. So she's clearing those
out now.

3. Now when she deletes and purges mail on her PDA, it doesn't delete mail
on Entourage (default setting is at Syncronize). So basically, she needs to
go to Entourage later and delete and/or move mail from there as well.

What do you think we are doing wrong? The Palm Mail app drop-down menu is
set to "Mail." The other items don't allow it to work without errors. I see
a "Mark/Space Mail" option there. Should I download that application and use
it instead?
