[missing-sync-palmos-talk] MarkSpace Memo Conduit > Should be an optional install

I don't know whether I missed this, but when I just updated to version 4.06
the MarkSpace memo conduit installed itself (again).

I had to manually remove it because I want to use StickyBrain's conduit.

I had to do this procedure (incl. the trouble if not doing so) with every
past upgrade.

Therefore my suggestion to make it optional to install this conduit which
has such a big competition and will create trouble if exitant alongside with
any similar of its kind (memo conduit).
