[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Missing Sync three strikes behavior

The DataViz Docs to Go conduit has been known to cause that bounce and quit
behavior. They've recently released an updated conduit that fixes that
issue. I've got their Passwords Plus conduit installed and I've had sync
issues with that one installed as well, but I think I have a corruption in
the desktop component and I've just not had the time to spend fixing it.

If you don't have those conduits, turn off/uncheck all conduits in The
Missing Sync except backup and do a few syncs. Add them back one at a time
and sync a few times. Eventually you'll find the bad conduit, then you can
go to the developer's site and see if there are updates to it that fix the
issue. Not all conduits are developed equally, they're their own little
programs and they're just as able to be buggy as any other app out there.
