That appears to be a limitation of the PocketQuicken app:

Scroll down, it appears as if PocketQuicken can be tweaked to do what you
need it to do, but I'd definitely back up my data files and put them aside
before playing with the workaround. I've found Quicken itself to be quite
unforgiving at times and fixing data/duplicates/etc can be maddening.
Disclaimer: I've not tried it, I don't know if it works, I'm just pointing
you at a possible solution. (says she who's been bitten by Quicken before!
