Nobody should be divulging any information about Tiger features not already
announced by Apple before release. Apple released a lot of info way back at
WWDV and much more since. It's perfectly OK for a developer to say "We plan
to work with such-and-such features of Tiger", referring to features which
are not secret. It's OK to say "We will have a new version specially for
Tiger" or "We plan to make our app compatible with Tiger." But you can't
talk about Tiger features not previously announced, therefore can't go into
detail as to how your app deals with these. I don't know about others, but
MS MacBU has not overstepped those lines. Knowing them, their Marketing
department probably asked Apple to approve what they could say. (You may
recall there was once a MacBU General Manager who went further, and within a
few weeks was no longer GM.)
