[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Tungsten C Wi-Fi issue

Not sure if this is MS related but not getting too many answers 
elsewhere.

I have a Palm Tungsten C. It has always been able to connect to both my 
work and home routers.

Lately, not sure if this is after Mac OS 10.3.9 or MS 4.0.4, I can not 
connect to either router. Both are 802.11b/g. One is Apple AirPort 
Express the other is SMC 2804WBRP-G. Therefore I can no longer sync via 
Wi-Fi using MS.

Nothing on any of the routers has changed. The only recent changes are 
to MS and Mac OS.

I am using MAC filtering on both routers. I have checked and the MAC 
address of the Tung C is correct on both routers. Other computers can 
access both routers via Wi-Fi.

Can any one point me in the right direction?

If I try the Palm Wi-Fi setup, it usually says no networks in range. 
Sometimes it'll find a network but then can't connect or obtain an IP 
address. Also, sometimes it'll show a network that is not in range and 
show it having zero bars.

I am pretty much at a loss here. I can't check my email via Wi-Fi and i 
can't use MS to HotSync via Wi-Fi.

Any suggestions or any one who can point me in the right direction, I 
would appreciate it.
