[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Fast User Switching Problem

I am new to this forum, but I am a long time Mac, Palm and Missing Sync 
user.  I am using Missing Sync  with a Palm T3 and a G4 PowerBook using 
OS X.3.9 and have been very satisfied.

My wife also uses a Palm T3 which she currently syncs to a G4 Desktop 
with standard Palm HotSync Software (no iSync involved)

I have recently purchased a G5 tower as a replacement for the G4, and 
would like to move my wife's Palm over to it and take advantage of the 
benefits of  Missing Sync and iSync.  The problem is, my wife's Palm is 
"mission critical" and if I foul it up I will be sleeping in the garage 
with the dog.

I installed Missing Sync to the G5 with no problems.   I am using 
several user accounts with fast user switching.  I have been able to 
sync my daughter's m515 to her user account  with no problems.  I have 
not been able to sync my wife's T3 to her user account on the G5.  The 
T3 sits in its cradle "attempting to connect" but there is no screen 
action on the G5.  Neither my wife or daughter's accounts are admin 
accounts.

The G5 runs OS X.3.9.
I am using Missing Sync 4.0.4.
The T3 runs Palm OS 5.2.1

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
