People have often asked for this feature. It's a good idea, but our
explanation for not changing this to date has been that a sync with iTunes
didn't make a whole lot of sense because you typically have so much more
music in iTunes than what your memory card could hold. Frankly, syncing with
a single playlist is not much different than dragging the contents of a
playlist to the mounted card. I agree the automation would be nice.
Anyway, now that bigger cards are available and affordable, the timing might
be right for this kind of feature.
Thanks taking time to share your thoughts! We do like to hear your feature
requests! We do track them and take them serious.
