[missing-sync-palmos-talk] Memo Conduit not working

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "MemoPad Application doesn't 
work", like it doesn't launch?

Did you try to trash the memo pad preferences? Delete the file 
"com.markspace.MemoPad.plist" found in the user's 
~/Library/Preferences/ folder, then try to launch MemoPad.
