We have addressed this issue and it will be fixed in a future beta 
(probably not the next one). Basically internet sharing will not work 
on the CLIEs with 10.3.5 (and possibly earlier OS versions).

Sorry for the inconvenience. (Note that this only affects the CLIEs.)
