[missing-sync-palmos-talk] double recurring events

When I sync, I'm often getting double copies of many recurring events.
But not all recurring events... and I can't immediately see what distinguishes
those that get duplicated and those that don't.  And it doesn't happen
every time I sync.

I'm running MacOS 10.2.8.  My handheld is a Samsung i500, which runs PalmOS 4.1.
I've got the latest missing sync.
