You hit the nail on the head...I had the wrong conduit in the "Conduit"
file and my MemoPadConduit.plugin was in the "Disabled" file.
Now that I have switched them...all is well.
Thanks for the quick and expert response...Its great to know there is
such a wealth of knowledge out there for us less that "Computer Saavy"
types.
